Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide pre-arranged luxury ground transportation across the United States. Service availability depends on scheduling, fleet availability, and confirmation.

3. Payments

• All reservations must be paid in full before or at the time of service.
• Additional charges (tolls, parking, wait time, damages) will be billed to the client’s payment method on file.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to pickup time: Full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% charge.
• “No-shows” (failure to appear at pickup without notice): 100% charge, non-refundable.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to behave respectfully during service. Any damages to vehicles caused by the client or their guests will be billed to the client. Unruly, unsafe, or illegal conduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays, missed flights, or missed connections caused by weather, traffic, airline schedule changes, or events outside our control.

7. Safety & Insurance

All services are operated by licensed and insured chauffeurs. Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.

9. Courier Services

USA Limo Professional Courier offers document and equipment delivery for Medicare-related and medical entities. We do not handle hazardous materials, pharmaceuticals, or biological substances. All PHI must be sealed by the sender. We are not a Medicare contractor or affiliate. Liability limited to declared value per shipment.
